Great American Equipment Co Company Overview

Great American Equipment Co. is a worldwide stocking dealer of used and surplus metal working machine tools. We have been in the used machinery business since 1984.

We handle all types of used metal working machine tools, but we specialize in late model CNC machinery. We have the in house technical expertise to get any make and model of CNC machinery debugged and working properly so that the customer will have the best chance possible of getting it running at their plant in the least time and at the lowest cost.

Great American Equipment Company will also buy your entire plant full of machinery (building and all) or buy your surplus machines piecemeal. We have liquidation and auction services, where we can sell your equipment from your plant site or we will remove the equipment and relocate it to our 40,000 square foot warehouse with 25-ton crane capacity. We can provide a long list of references from past successful liquidations, auctions or consignment customers.

Great American Equipment Company also has AMEA certified asset appraisers on staff. We can offer extended warranties and financing on all equipment sales. We know of leasing companies who will finance companies with poor or no credit history.

Great American Equipment Co. does not just clean, paint, and cycle machines we sell. At the customers option we can retrofit machines with new controls or rebuild the machine to bring back the original factory new tolerances.

Everything we advertise is either owned by Great American Equipment Co. or is on exclusive consignment. Therefore buying from Great American Equipment Co. should be much easier than the 'firedrills' often associated with chasing brokered machinery.

We welcome the opportunity to purchase your surplus machinery. We will do what we say we will do; no scheming, pranks, or double talk. We pay up front prior to removal. We have some customers, like Cincinnati Milacron, that have been with us for contractual equipment disposals for over 30 years. Business relationships lasting this long in our industry are unprecedented. They would not keep us around if our integrity and business methods were not beyond reproach.

When you come visit us for an equipment inspection, the first thing you will notice is how clean and organized our warehouse is . This is how we do all aspects of our business. We pay attention to details so that you will not have any unpleasant surprises. Most of our business is from repeat customers that we consider part of our extended family. This family includes many other used machinery dealers who bring us deals because they have come to know us and like the way we do business
