The Oberlin Coolant Pressure Filtration System consists of the filtration system which uses filter media roll for dry cake discharge. Tank with two (2) compartments – clean and dirty. The dirty side receives coolant from the machine and holds coolant until it is pumped through the filter. The clean side receives filtered coolant and holds it until it is pumped back into the grinder. (1) Filter pump which pumps dirty coolant to the filter. (2) Clean Pumps which return clean coolant into the machine. Controls for bleed off. Cake Drying. Emergency Platen Raise. Platen Hold or Auto. Stop Feed. Start Drying. Filter Power On-Off. Gauges for filter pressure and air bag pressure. Timers for initial blow down. Bleed Off. Final Blow Down & Long Feed. Wired for 3/60/460V.
