Here is a Nasa Producer 5-axis CNC bridge type machining center. This machine only machined gold at a jewelry manufacturer. The control is a Fagor 8055 with firmware for up to 7-axis simultaneous interpolation. It has RS232, ethernet, and linear flash program storage. It has Fagor FXM AC servos. The spindle is a Precise 4082. Max rpm is 40K. The spindle is a HSK-E25. It uses ATC4-E25-16 tool holders with SRP16 collets. The table is 25.6" X 21.6". Travels are 30" table and 20" bridge. The height under the bridge is 10". It has a 16 position tool changer. The tilting rotary table is a Yuasa. It has a standard Hardinge 2 3/16"-10 threaded spindle with a 5C collet holder. It comes with a chiller for the high speed spindle. I have also included a small 240/480 transformer for testing purposes. The Fagor drives require 480v 3-phase and the rest of the machine uses 240v 3-phase. The included transformer isn't large enough for full drive power. The footprint of the machine is 6 ft x 6 ft including the pendant. It fits under an 8 ft ceiling and will go through a 7 ft garage door with the Z axis motor removed. It weighs 6000 lbs. I can email many more pictures.
