This Master Quick Change Tool Holder is designed to be installed in the R-8 spindle on a Bridgeport style mill. The Master Quick Change Tool Holder will accept the small style tool holders in either ER32 or ER25 collets. This system works well with, or without, a Southwest Industries DRO with touch off capabilities. You can have multiple tools set up in the tool holders and do a quick change in seconds, without any hassle.
The Master Tool Holder is stainless steel, has been heat treated to Rockwell 55; inside and outside ground to have less than .001 run out at the tool end.
All parts are made in the USA. The ER collets are Dorian Precision collets.
The kit comes with a Master Quick Change Tool Holder, 3 ea. Tool Holders, 1 ea. Face Mill Holder, that holds a 2 inch multi insert face mill(the face mill is not included in the kit, but can be ordered), tool holder jig to hold the tool holder so the nut can be tightened or removed. 1 ea. wrench for the removal of tool holder collet nut, 1 ea. set of either ER32 or ER25 collets. And a case to keep it stored.
The Master Quick Change Tool Holder has a locking safety, so the tool holder cannot fall out when being used.
