ACC-DXV Series features a full overhead automatic dress cycle with dress compensation, wheel wear compensation, and dress interval selection. A rotary encoder installed on a hydraulic over-the-wheel dresser adjusts wheelhead position to maintain the grinding wheel to workpiece relationship. Automatic wheelhead retract moves the wheelhead to a selected start position after cycle completion.
