The GTR 250VG is a heavy duty chamfering and deburring machine developed

for spur, helical, bevel and hypoid gears and pinions. The 5 Axis CNC machine

uses a high speed milling process that is capable of chamfering the complete

tooth at both the toe and heel of bevel or hypoid gears. The GTR 250VG can
also round and point gear teeth on external and internal parallel axis gears

and splines.
Gear in excess of 12" diameter can be cut. The gear configuration and

type of cut dictates the actual size limitation. The largest workpiece is

specified at 130 Lbs. The machine is not limited by module, diametral pitch or

number of teeth.
