Description:This system is mounted to a common heavy duty steel base which includes two (2) 48" vertical scanners. Left scanner is set-up for for hardening and quench (heated quench tank) and left side is set-up for tempering. A 10 kW "Versapower" provides heating to the tempering coil. Stainless steel water system with heat exchanger is mounted on the same common base. Electrical drawings are included. Year Built: 2007
