The 55 ton, 65 ton, 100 ton and 120 ton machines have a powered spare tooling station to use almost any of the tooling shown or to use your own custom die set without having to unbolt the punching head. Only the 55 ton and 100 ton Jaws IV ironworkers have the option of holding 2 punching assemblies simultaneously (1 on each side). Custom tooling also available.

Coper-Notcher-Nibbler
Standard on 60, 65, 100 deluxe, 120 ton. Used for square, rectangular or angle V notching. Copes angle iron flanges.

Press-Brake
Has 4-way style lower die. Has V die openings for bending metal 1/16, 1/8, 3/16, and 1/4" thick. Can bend 3/8".

Pipe Notcher
Cuts pipe with a semi-circular cut to allow one pipe to fit 90° against another for railings. Sizes from 1/2 to 2" pipe.

Vee-Notcher
(3 x 3 V shaped notch up to 1/4 thick., but the Coper-Notcher also V notches)

Rod-Shear
(shears 1/4, 3/8, 1/2, 5/8, 3/4, 1"diameter rod cleanly and quickly)

Pedestal Die Table
(for punching 2"angle iron leg down. Included with most ironworkers)

Large Gauging Table
(for attaching jigs, fixtures & fences. Choose from 3/8" thick or 1" thick)

Protractor Angle Gauge
Sets the pice part angle when shearing flat bar or when punching.

Urethane Stripper
(prevents distortion when punching soft aluminum, copper, brass, bronze, etc.)

Adjustable Back Gauge
for setting repeat distances for punching holes, shearing angle and shearing flat bar.

Automatic Cut Back Gauge
for setting repeat distances for punching or shearing. Automatically cuts without stepping on foot pedal.

Electric Stroke Control
Saves time by shortening stroke when punching thin metal or to control upper press brake die for repeat bend angles.
