TrueForge is the exclusive Representive of J&H Press of South Korea who design and build new Presses as follows:

1.) Mechanical Forging Presses to 8,000 tons either manual or w/automated transfer systems.
2.) C-Frame Knuckle Joint Presses to 250 tons.
3.) D-type Straight Side Single Knuckle Joint Presses to 350 tons.
4.) D-type Straight Side Double Knuckle Joint Presses to 400 tons.
5.) Standard Knuckle Joint Presses for coining, embossing and sizing to 1,600 tons.
6.) Mechanical Bar & Billet Shear Lines up to 8" Bar diameter and up to 1,300 tons cutting force.

We also market and sell Brand New Hydraulic Forging Presses and Manipulators as follows:

1.) Open Die Hydraulic Forging Presses to 14,000 tons capacity.
2.) Closed Die Hydraulic Forging Presses to 40,000 tons capacity.
3.) Rail Bound Forging Manipulators to 200 tons carrying capacity.

In addition, we market and sell Brand New Large CNC Machine Tools as follows:

1.) Heavy Horizontal Lathes up to 6 mtr swing x up to 30 mtr turning length.
2.) Plano Millers up to 10 mtrs between the columns and up to 40 mtrs X-axis on the table.
3.) Vertical Turret Lathes with a max turning diameter of 12 mtrs and a max turning height of 9 mtrs.
4.) Roll Grinders with a max roll diameter of up to 2.5 mtrs and a center distance of up to 13.5 mtrs.

TrueForge is also engaged in the buying and selling of used machines and is a stocking dealer specializing in used Forging Machinery, Machine Tools, Steel Mill Machinery including all types of Rolling Mills, Tube and Pipe Mills both Welded and Seamless and Cold Bar Processing machinery including Bar Straighteners and Peelers.
