. Equipped with: Automatic loader for coiled edgebanding and guillotine for up to 4 mm thick PVC; secondary PVC shear for thickness up to 1.2 mm; automatic feed magazine for strips; 4.4 Lbs cap. "fast heat up" granular glue system (8 - 10 Min), Teflon coated lower applicator glue pot (interchangeable), 1" dia. glue applicator roller, LED diagnostic display for checking heating elements & temperature control; pressure section with (1) large dia. clutch controlled drive roller and (3) idle pressure rollers; magazine, glue system & pressure section tilt up to 5° for beveled edges.

Workstations: Front & rear end trims (1 HP - 8,600 RPM motor ea.), motors tilt 0° - 15° on horiz. plane (with 2 preset points from control panel); top & bottom flush trims (2.5 HP - 12,000 RPM motor ea.); top & bottom flush/bevel & profile radius trims (2.5 HP - 12,000 RPM motor ea.), motors bevel from 0° - 30°; top & bottom PVC scrapers, pneumatic pressure control for scraping knives, incl. 3 mm radius knives for PVC and straight knives for glue scraping, features pneumatic in/out movement from control panel; T & B hot air PVC reactivation guns; top & bottom buffing w/moisture spray jets (0.4 HP - 2,800 RPM motor ea.), units tilt 0° - 30°.
